Thallus olive-green, subtuberculate, smooth, dull. Ascomata conspicuous, scattered, sessile, concolorous with the thallus, straight, curved or sinuous, unbranched, 1–4 (–6) mm long, 0.3–0.4 mm wide, with a conspicuous thalline margin; lips pale fawn, closed. Proper exciple laterally carbonised, concealed by the thalline margin, visible only in abraded lirellae. Hymenium 125–175 µm thick, not inspersed. Ascospores 1 or 2 per ascus, densely muriform, 120–140 × 35–40 µm, I+ blue. CHEMISTRY: No lichen compounds detected. |
